one, two, three, four
tell me that you love me more
sleepless, long nights
that was what my youth was for
oh teenage hope arrive at your door
left you with nothing
but they want some more
you're changing your heart.

hmm. i've finally decided to start blogging all over again. not like anyone would read my blog 'cause they wouldn't be able to find the address. anyhow. some updates.
i am a teacher in catholic high primary school. must say it is extremely amusing to be there and teaching. my fellow teachers are really nice to me. and i have the company of feli and jingoo!! :) my fellow relief teachers who work so darn hard for a low rate of 65 a day. compared to the other relief teachers who work shorter hours and yet earn 100 a day. sigh. who cares. we are not money hungry people.
next. i got into NYU! haha i got into a funny program. i got rejected by the College of Arts and Science and got thrown into the General Studies Program. they made it sound really prestigious and very picky and somehow i got it. i am one blessed child i admit. God's been very good to me. also i get to spend a whole year in Florence, Italy! whee! that excites me to bits and in addition i just got an invitation to visit the campus. my family might plan a trip there :) just to look around. also i got into Purdue. but apparently it's pretty easy to get in? but at least i got what i wanted there, behavioural neuroscience. hahaha. sounds totally psychotic. but i like :)
ohhh and hockey. hockey's been great. with our new aussie coach terry khan, everything is slowly falling to place. at least for me. i play much better as a forward now, and have much more confidence in myself and the team. sad we won't be able to make the trip to Asian Qualifiers. but i guess, i can empathise with the Board. maybe we aren't ready for that yet and the expectations are pretty high for the team. but still, i guess if you don't give us a chance now, then when will you? not something i have any power over. plus. terry's helping me get my citizenship! :) am so happy about that. but i'm not sure if my dad's too keen on it. he's been praying about it and he hasn't gotten back to me yet. and i myself am not too sure about it. i mean i just want it because i badly want to play but i don't know what happens next. i mean what if i decide that i want to stay in the States or like move to Africa. okay that's pretty far fetched but i guess, it's something to think about. am i really ready to make such a decision?
okay. i'm tired. going to sleep now. :)
