- insurance affidavit
- affidavit of financial support
- sample bank letter
- proof of tuition paid-in-full
- airline tickets
- curriculum voucher letter from Office of Global Education
4. course registration. can't do much since they haven't sent me any letter regarding it.
5. flight information and arrival. due 10th July.
6. travel release. due 10th July.
7. medical history. due 10th July.
8. passport, health insurance and emergency contact. due 10th July.
9. permesso/carta di soggiorno.
